• Web site Designers
  Must have a minimum of 3 years experience designing websites. Facility with with Photoshop, Fireworks or other top graphic design program is required. Experience on the Macromedia/Adobe platform is required - IE - Dreamweaver and/or Adobe's creative suite.

• Programmers
  Applicant must have a minimum of 3 years experience as a programmer. Experience with any of these languages is desired: ASP or ASP.net, or CGI or Javascript or C# or C++ or SQL. Must have experience designing database driven backend applications for websites.

• SEO Search Engine Optimization
  A minimum of 3 years experience with SEO. Experience in creating and monitoring pay per click campaigns is helpful but not required.

• Copywriters
  A minimum of 3 years experience in the field of copy writing. A direct response mentality is required and website copy writing experience is desirable but not necessary.

• Flash Designers and Programmers
  A minimum of 3 years experience with Flash. Ability to write actionscript is desirable. Applicant must be adept at creating a variety of Flash effects and applications.

• Graphic Designer
  Applicant must have 3 years experience as a graphic designer and be skilled in both print related design and online website related graphic design.

Other General Requirements
Here are some of the other basics of how we work.

• Non compete
  We require all our subcontractors to sign a non-compete agreement. As a result of signing the contract, you will not legally be entitled to contact or do business with any of our clients.

• A simple contract for each project
  For each project you accept from us, you'll be asked to sign a simple project agreement. The project agreement includes a description of the project along with your deliverables, a time line and other details. This clarifies all the details and also lets you know how much you'll be paid. While simple, this agreement and plan makes the entire project significantly more organized and easier to manage. It acts as a master plan.
